eDecus: the field service and data collection app
For NGOs, health workers, farming, sales, deliveries, inspections, security and engineering. Jobs, forms, photos and signatures on the phone – even with no signal.
What eDecus does for your field team
Every job finished and signed on the spot
Checklists, photos and the customer's signature are captured at the job, so the office has proof straight away.
Clean data from anywhere
Forms guide each answer as it is filled in, and results reach the office as soon as there is signal.
Peace of mind for people who work alone
Check-in timers and a hold-for-help button keep your team connected.
Everything your people need in the field
Today and clock-in
See the day's jobs and clock in with one tap.
Jobs from start to finish
Start travelling, arrive, tick the checklist, take photos and get the customer's signature.
Forms and data collection
Fill in forms and surveys on the phone; the office sees answers straight away.
Works with no signal
Work is saved on the phone and sends when the signal is back.
Safety
Check-in timers and a hold-for-help button for people who work alone.
Customers, leads and expenses
Call customers, get directions, follow up leads and claim expenses.
