DecusBooks questions
Is DecusBooks EFRIS compliant?
For Ugandan businesses, yes. DecusBooks sends invoices and receipts to URA through EFRIS and keeps the fiscal document number on each one. The EFRIS add-on is per TIN, and we offer an EFRIS go-live set-up.
Can several people use DecusBooks at once?
Yes. One PC acts as the server on your office network and the others connect to it. Each person signs in with their own role.
Does DecusBooks do payroll?
Yes. It tracks attendance and overtime for any team, and for Uganda it works out PAYE, NSSF and Local Service Tax. Other countries' payroll taxes are not built in yet.
Can I move from QuickBooks, Tally or Sage?
Yes. DecusBooks can import from QuickBooks, Tally and Sage, and our data migration service can do it for you.
Does DecusBooks work offline?
Yes. It runs on your Windows PCs and office network, so you keep working when the internet is down.
